Consent

When you submit a request on this site, you provide your informed consent to the following. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what you are agreeing to.

1. What you consent to

That your information is collected and shared with LeadScout and one or more lender and dealer partners so they can assess whether they can offer you an auto-financing option.
That those partners may contact you by phone, email, and/or SMS regarding your request, including at the phone number and email you provided.
That a soft credit check may be performed to help match you — this does not affect your credit score. A hard credit inquiry is only done later by a lender if you proceed with a specific offer.

This is a request to be connected — not a guarantee. Submitting the form does not mean you are approved or pre-approved, and does not guarantee financing. Any offer comes from a third-party lender and is subject to their review.

2. Optional marketing consent

Separately and optionally, you may agree to receive tips, offers and updates by email or SMS. This is not required to submit your request, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us.

3. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@autofinancesolution.ca. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from connecting you with a lender partner.

4. How we keep proof

For each request, we retain a record of your consent (date, the page you used, and the consent text shown) as required by our partners and applicable law.
