Auto Finance Solution provides an online service that connects consumers with third-party auto lenders and dealer partners (through our partner LeadScout) who may be able to offer auto financing. Submitting a request on this site is a request to be connected with those partners — it is not an application for credit with us and does not guarantee that you will be approved or offered financing.
2. No guarantee
All credit decisions, rates, terms, and offers are made solely by third-party lenders and are subject to their assessment, eligibility criteria, and a full credit check at the time of contract. Any figures shown on this site (including payment estimates from our calculator) are illustrative only and are not offers or quotes.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be of the age of majority in your province and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. Submitting false information is prohibited.
- You submit only your own information, for yourself.
4. Eligibility and availability
Availability of lenders and programs varies by province and by profile, and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that a suitable lender will be available for your situation.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, and trademarks on this site are owned by Auto Finance Solution or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Auto Finance Solution is not liable for any decision made by a third-party lender or dealer, for any offer or refusal of financing, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the services of a partner.
7. Third-party links and partners
This site may link to or share your information with third-party partners. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.
8. Not affiliated with Meta
This site and its advertisements are in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
